How to use

· Dispense a few shakes into the palm mix with a little water until foams
· Massage the foam into face/problematic areas for 30 seconds
· Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water
· Use morning OR evening, two-three times a week
* Does not remove cosmetics
* May also be applied to the back and chest area and left for 1-2 minutes
* For an at-home facial, apply Optimising Mask after cleansing for 15-20 mins
