How to use

1. As a 10-20 minute mask (gradually building up to 20 minutes)
· After cleansing and toning, apply an even thin layer onto the skin using the brush provided
· Leave for 10-20 minutes (start by using twice a week)
· Rinse with lukewarm water
· Follow with your recommended Environ moisturizer
· Use in the evening.

2. As an overnight mask (once comfortable with a 20-minute daily application)
· After cleansing and toning, apply your recommended Environ moisturizer
· After 20 minutes, apply a thin layer and leave overnight
· Rinse with lukewarm water in the morning
